How do business jobs look 6 years from now?

I'll be graduating from high school in 2 years, and I have always been into the businessy-computery type courses. Next year, I am taking Accounting as an elective, and I really think I am going to enjoy it. How do accounting/business jobs look 6-7 years from now? My parents tell me I'm making a big mistake wanting to go to college for business, but it's something I enjoy.
 
If you enjoy it, you will put in the hours and produce good work - which is what every employer wants. In 6 or 7 years, whether the recession is over or not, employers will still want good staff. Go for it.
