My brother's birthday is coming up, and he wants to go to the buffet, but doesn't want to spend too much money. We were both wondering how buffets actually calculate our bills. Do they actually assign one person to watch what one table gets? Do they count how many plates each person eats? How does it all work?! Thanks in advance!
