From my past experience, I notice every time there was big wound/cut on me, consuming beef or shrimp tend to cause itching and distort the wound. In the long run, the healed wounds always include extra skins attach to them (especially stitched wound)
My parents' believe that this is the result of eating beef and shrimp during the wound's healing period. Is this true?
