how do actors and actresses get convinced of kissing someone of the same sex?

i mean, do they jump into things without reading the script or,
they read it and just say: "its no big deal {its just acting} "
but just think abut it: millions of people are going to see you....
 
So what if millions of people are going to see you? You say that like kissing someone of the same sex is something to be ashamed about you narrow minded person.

A good actor will be able to play the part well in a variety of roles, and of course they will have read the script....(duh).

Take your ignorance some place else.
