How difficult would it be to get a scholarship to an Ivy League school?

I'm only a freshman in high school, but I have very high hopes for my future and I want to go somewhere big... however, my family is really tight on money so I'd need a scholarship to even go to college. Any college. If I continue to do as well as I'm doing in life now, do you think I could get a scholarship? Or is that kind of thing just unheard of?
- I had a 4.75 GPA last semester, 3 honors classes and 1 regular class (Block schedule!)
- I currently have a 4.5 this semester with two weighted classes.
- I took/am taking Honors Algebra 2, Honors Trigonometry, Honors English/World History, Honors Biology, and then my other three classes were electives.
- I play soccer, and I run track.
- I can play the piano and I'm teaching myself to play guitar.
- I LOVE to write. It's also probably my biggest strength as a student.
- My biggest achievement in life thus far has been going to the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals last year for a play we wrote and performed.

Honestly, judging from now, I think I'm pretty qualified to at least reasonably apply to an Ivy League school in the future but the fact that I'll need a scholarship is throwing me off. So, what do you think? Did anyone have this same problem/experience??

(I'm sorry if I came off as braggy or something, that was certainly not my intention. Also, sorry I wrote a novel!)
