How difficult is it to get into the University of Toronto's History and Philosophy of

Education MA program? I am graduating with an honours philosophy degree from another large Canadian University. The minimum standards are listed as mid-B, and I have higher than an A-, but no work experience in education.

What are my chances? Does anyone know about this program or education grad programs in general to throw some light on my chances?
