How difficult is it to change my car aerial?

A car wash shredded the top of my car aerial because I didn't fix it down properly. It still works ok, but looks a mess, so am planning to change it.

Will it be a quick job or will it be time consuming? How complicated is it?

I have a 1998 Renault Clio II.
