how difficult is it to change a passenger side highbeam/drl bulb in a 2007 Honda CRV?

While driving to work this am in the dark, I noticed my passenger Highbeam was out. Once I put it in park the DRL light lite up on the dash. The highbeam is out. So I called around for an estimate and it's approximately $70.00.

My husband is a mechanic and he said he isn't sure if he can do it. If it's just unplugging the bulb, yes. If it takes an hour to disassemble it, no. Help...
 
should be just a case of taking rubber seal off back of light unit under bonnet and removing plug on back of bulb and undoing the spring retaining clip, bulb will only fit in one way, so have a good look first.
bulb should only be aroung 10 to 12 us $
