How difficult is it to attend the University of Leicester in England?

I am from the Caribbean. I have a BSc in psychology from an American university. How difficult is it to get into the MSc Forensic Psychology program at the University of Leicester? Would my degree be accepted in the UK?
Considering I am from the Caribbean, would I need a student Visa?
Additionally, what would I need to do if I wanted to work and perhaps live in the UK after my studies?
