I'm writing and essay and I'm almost done I just need more information on King Philip II repression of the religious beliefs of the people of the Netherlands. The question I was given for my essay is
"Repression breeds rebellion" Explain how this quote relates to the history of the Netherlands during the reign of Philip II.
