how did the following points benifit britain and germany after ww1?

1. all countries to work towards disarment
2. all colonies owned by germany to have a say in thier future
3.france to regain alcase-lorraine
4. self determination for the people of eastern europe

..how would any of those points benifited france or britain after the first world war??

They didn't benefit Germany. But Britain benefitted from 2 and 4. That hurt Germany and crippled Britain's defeated enemy. No one really benefitted from 1, because no one actually disarmed. Except for Germany, but the Germans were forced.

France benefitted from 2, 3, and 4. That hurt Germany and 3 helped France feel less humiliated by regaining lost land.
