How did I eat and exercise today?

Breakfast, nesquik w/ 2% milk
Lunch, soup w/matzo meal balls
Snack, strawberries and apple
Dinner, mashed potatoes w/ tiny piece of fish
burned 750 calories on eleptical, 2 hour walk, 10 min. jump rope, 25 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 50 side crunches(each side), 50 ab reaches(on each side).
How many calories did I eat and burn total???
Is this good?
Btw, I'm a 12 year old girl
I am not fat!
