I need resources for an essay I'm required to to on how the economy failed but I can't really find the source of how GM went down. I've heard that their employees were paid around 75$ and hour to produce the cars while Toyota produced their cars at around 45$ an hour. I've also heard that they produced cars that were too expensive for the public to actually purchase and they weren't fuel efficient.
