I am moving to California and I was planning to get my windows tinted. I am in Illinois currently and here you can have the combination of 35% all around or something less than 35 on the back and rear windows but then nothing on the front. In California I know that you can put 70% on the front and you can put whatever percentage on the back BUT can you do a combination of both? Do you think it would matter if I put 35% tint all around? Does anyone know how strict they are with this
