My grandparents were two hours away from where i live they were driving down the road they picked up a guy and girl ...and it ended up being some people i had gone to high school with.I thought that was so odd..didn't even know gramps and grams picked up hitchikers.lol this was yrs ago..
But i have picked up a few..I live in fla i stopped at stop sign and this old man jumped in my car he thought i was his wife i drive a silver honda crv ..i drove him home.lol
i keep doors locked now..
my hubby picks them up also but its normally if they were running or something and get caught in rain..
i would do it if i had to get home or somewhere or i was stuck with flat tire.lol
