How could you get graphics/sound/animations for texts for verizon wireless?

when i text i have the option of adding little like pictures (graphics) or little people animations or sounds. can i download these from any site using a usb cable? or by sending them to my phone? (verizon wireless)
 
You can actually download directly from Verizon. Just go to your Get It Now or Media Center. Go to Browse & Download or Extras. Select get new application. Go searching for the one you want.

You can also download directly from Verizon's web site. Just click the Features & Downloads tab.
