How could the writers of Lost just palm us off this?!?!?

I'm SO disappointed with the finale of lost, it was just one big fat waste of time. I thought they'd be some sort of clever twist ending that would have be going "ohh yeahh that makes sense now..." not "WTF!?" The final is only really relevant to the last series with the side flashes. It was obvious now that the writers were just making it up as they were going alone. All the stuff with the Dharma Initiative was just pointless, the time travel stint was just ridiculous and all the stuff with Jabob and the Man in Black was just as worthless. Because in the end....they all went to Heaven. Hooray! NOT! What a load of total bullsh*t!!!!! I'm outraged! Anyone else feel the same way?!

I totally agree with you...the writers got lazy and sloppy with the finale...totally left a whole bunch of loose ends...they didn't include the latin girl, Walt or his son....they don't explain the whole island thing...why is the island even there, what's the deal with the light...why were scientists on Dharma...I would have been fine if they had said the whole thing was a dream...or if the island was purgatory...but NO they had to really mess the whole show up! Plus in the church at the end, Claire's kid is a baby, but in real life is a kid...so I don't know. I feel like the last six years was a waste of time and I could have devoted this time slot to a much better show that actually gives answers!! They stretched the show out to an extreme length of time explaining the back stories of each character, just milking the show for what it was worth, stringing the viewers along, for NOTHING!

The show is called "Lost" because the viewers are LOST!

They are just useless.. they didn't put much more into the ending.. its lost me already. i'm sitting here trying to think if hes dead then why can the others see him?.. hes on the island dying at the same time of this place with a coffin? :S
