can I do? Alright so I'm a freshman in my first semester of high school and to sum it up without rambling too much...finals were just over but some teachers are still grading.
I take honors classes; only three are weighted I believe...and I would like to ask for advice and such.
MYP Spanish 2: B- (at the moment...could raise to a B+)
MYP PE: A-
Geometry: D a few weeks ago but should be about at LEAST a C now...
MYP Honors World History (weighted): A
MYP English (maybe weighted): B
Honors Bio: (Around a B...if I got an A on the final then an A...)
Transcripts ---they show both weighted AND unweighted GPAs? D:
If I get mostly A's and some B's for the next years to come could it improve my chances by a lot or would this semester hurt me?
(GPA calculations not exactly accurate...)
Unweighted: It's about a 3.17...
Weighted: 3.67
1/8 semesters that will be on the transcript. D: I know I slacked off, I lost motivation but I'm trying to gain it back and want to work harder...By the way for the next years to come during junior/senior year I'm doing the IB Full Diploma and will join in more extracurricular activities like soccer but I don't know what else I could do (besides tons of community service).
I had wanted to get into a university like UOP (University of Pacific...) at least but it's starting to seem hopeless because of this...Same with the other universities?:/
