How could I get the traps from the SAW movies?

How could I get the traps from the saw movies? I'm mostly interested in the venus fly trap and and angel trap.

Any engineers think they could give me ideas on the best metals and what is needed to shap spikes and cuffs?

I'm not really worried about the 'release' mechanisms so you can ignore those
