well my stepdad is graduating law school very soon and a while after we are going to have a pary with all of his family all i know is im going to make him a three tier cake put a blue graduation hat on top of the cake and the tier under it will be red and the tier under that blue and the tier under that red its going to say on the bottom tier happy graduation herb blue swirls on the red tiers and red swirls on the blue tiers but i have no idea what else ill decorate it with any ideas
