How could I boost the strength of my Freeview signal?

I have a Digital TV with integrated Freeview. Now, all of the ATV (Analogue) channels work perfectly, and some DTV (Digital) channels work too; e.g. ITV4, Dave, Fiver, Film4. But, most of the others; e.g. ITV2 etc do not- or they are very choppy and have poor signal strength.
