how come when i turn off my blackberry storm to save battery im still losing

Ok, if you are turning it off one day, and the next day turning it on and the battery appears to have decreased dramatically then that IS NOT normal. I would contact the manufacturer or the shop from where you bought it.

If you are turning it off one day and a month later turning it on then it this is normal, as batteries do after time discharge themselves. I'm guessing though that you're using the phone daily therefore this option doesn't apply.

Phone batteries should definitely hold their charge for at least a month maybe two (with the phone powered off) but this shouldn't affect you on a daily basis.
