How come veggie's eat chicken eggs but not fish eggs? hmm?

You have to kill fish to get the eggs,you don't kill chickens they just lay eggs
 
I'm veggie... I have been my whole life, but this thought just occured to me.
I suppose they are extracted cruelly or something?
 
Chicken eggs that are for sale are unfertilized. Meaning there is no life in the egg. In order for a fish to lay eggs the eggs must be fertilized meaning there is animals life inside. The only common fish eggs i can think of are sturgeon, and i can tell you that the process in which they get those eggs is truly awful. They take these fish out of the water which can easily be 10+ feet in length, then they hang them up and cut through their stomachs to extract the eggs and toss the fish back in the water to slowly die.
 
It's because they have to catch and kill the fish before they can take to roe (Eggs)

Hens lay eggs naturaly so don't need to be killed.
