This girl texted her boy friend saying "Where u at" and he got in a car accident and died in a result of that last text messaged. If that text was never sent by her, he would still be alive today. I think that text message was kinda like a gun bullet. He was my best friend. How come people like that girl who texted him don't go to jail and receive the death penalty? Didn't she basically kill him?
How come this person isn't in jail for texting someone before they got in a car crash?
