How come some of my questions and answers are getting copied to other forums as it is ?

I searched through google for my name, apart from virtually all my question , I am surprised that few other forums also have my Yahoo Answers question and answers as it is ! Is it not violation of copyright which Y!A has on it's questions and answers ?
