My phone, a Samsung Jack, used to sync with windows mobile center, on my new windows 7 laptop. Two weeks later it stopped synchronizing with my computer. The USB connection is set as "activesync" on my phone, and every time I connect my phone it now recognizes it as a "USB mass storage device". Windows Mobile Center won't recognize my phone, or my phone isn't showing itself as an activesync device. I have no idea what's wrong or what to do.
How come my phone doesn't connect to Windows Mobile sync?
