How come my new HTC HD 7 won't allow me to download a youtube app?

I just got my new phone, and I tried to download this free youtube app but when I try to download it, it keeps saying,"Can't get this info right now. Check back in a little while." Do I have to update it or something, or is it that my phone server is just off. Please help, ASAP
