how come my dawn of war soul-storm wont download the online multiplayer patch?

when i go into the multiplayer tab & try to log in. it says there is a new patch. it wants me to download it. i click ok. a window pops up w/ it saying "downloading 100%" i left it like that all night once & it didn't change at all. what is it. & what can i do to fix it.
 
I have this problem with my Soulstorm too. The best thing to do is go online and download Patch 1.2.0 yourself rather than trying to do it through the game. If it still doesn't work, which is a problem I had too, then download Patch 1.1.0 and then install that before doing so with the 1.2.0 patch. Hope this helps.
