everyday since dec. 9? i been doing it everyday for 30 mins really intence.. maybe like 22 mph. and burning 380 - 400 cals. on it.?? i sweated a lot ..since like dec. 9 and i been doing like 6 times a week ....and on my scale it even shows i gained like 2 or 3 pounds >:[
please help oout what am i doing wrong... i dont want to continue doing it knowing it wotn do nothing.. but if results have to take long then i will i just need to kno will i eventually lose those inches. i dont want to do weight training bcuz then i just might gain inches and i dont want my legs bigger cuz there a little fat.
