How come I get "400 Bad Request Bad Filename." When I open up IE and Chrome?

My webpages for those 2 browsers are failing me, but mozilla is working on me. I can't figure out why it's doing that because my connection is fine, it's just that I need Internet Explorer and Chrome back. Help.
