I go to school 800 miles away and whenever I come home I end up getting something respiratory. I get sick as soon as I get home and then it slowly goes away, and then right as I get back to school I'm sick again. This pattern has happened 3 times now. Right now I'm really congested , scratchy throat, cough that brings mucus up, yellow snot, and I'm really tired.
How come I always get sick when i change environments?
