On my facebook account users appear online in the chat window, but when I click on their name they immediately appear as offline. And this isn't just because they are signing off. It happens every time I try, with every person, and has been happening for a long while now.
I thought it may be my browser. Tried that.
I tried deactivating and reactivating the account.
Tried other computers.
It happens on my account no matter where I go, where I try, or what I do.
Any suggestions/ideas? Thanks!
