how car i raise my credit score?

i have a fico score of 494 right i filed bankurpcey last year i have 4 acounts in good standing how can i rasie it all my cards are pay off if i use them i pay them off right away how what kinds if cards like master visa well approved me what score do you need to get a real credit card i have orchard bank now working good how long well it take to get a higher score
 
Dispute all your negative information on your credit report as per "The Fair Credit Reporting Act". You will be surprised at the results. DO NOT close any active cards. Try to pay off the cards to low balances. Your balances have to be 70% away from your limits in order to obtain best results. This is called your balance-to-limit-ratio.
