Like I felt like I really needed to exercise today, but after the workout, I didn't feel any adrenaline or energy. There was no difference; actually, I felt more tired and sh*tty. Was it because of one little candy bar that I had last night (I've tried to stop eating sweets lately)? Or was it because I was drained because of finals week and waking up at 6:00 A.M. (which I honestly thought that it would have a positive effect)? Or is it something else that I've missed?
