How can you tell the size of a BMX bike?

Ok so i have a 20 inch Diamond Back Nitrus and im trying to add a new wheel set to it. Im planning on getting a set of "Bullet Proof" rims of jrbicycle.com but i need to know what size my bike is so that they will fit right. I know its a expert or pro size i just need to know how to find out. Also if anyone has any tips on a decent wheel set thats under $200 please let me know. Thanks
