How can you tell the difference between an LG CU500 'dummy' phone that was made for display purposes and a non-working (or water damaged) phone? I've tried charging the unit but it just gets very warm and doesn't turn on. Both the battery and the phone have red dots (which I thought might indicate water damage). I've also tried using the battery with a working phone (same model) and the phone with a working battery and neither worked.
