How can you send a video in to 106 & Park and have it voted on for airplay?

Lets say I'm an artist with a single on radio. I'm not as knows as Ciara or Chrisette michelle, but I'm playing on some pretty heavy station. I just spent alot of money on my video and I want to be able to submit it for airplay.
