My paycheck is being garnished (each paycheck) by a credit card company who says I was late on a payment. Personally dont see how it was late, I mailed it on the same day as I had for the past year and never was late. My question is, is there any means to stop a garnishment? With them taking double of what I had been paying per month, there is no way I can pay my other bills, not to mention buy any groceries. Any words of wisdom? Thanks in advance.
