Hi. I'm wondering how you can put a pet horder who clams she is a rescue shelter out of business. It's called Pee Wee's Adoption and the owner has over 300 dogs easily with also all other sorts of farm animals. When i went i saw at least 30 big pens with over 15 dogs in each. There out in the heat and dirt with only old carports and SUV roofs for shelter. She even has a hot wire on top of the fences. She is a very rude and mean person. So many people have complained about her business and i finally want to do something about it. But is there anyway to save all the animals she already has? Or at least transfer them somewhere better? Please let me know. Its wrong for her to do that to animals. We need to speak for them since they can't speak for themselves.
