I've been turned down for a promotion several times despite a position of seniority at the office. During my one on one with my direct supervisor I was told I needed to improve and stay current in certain areas. I've managed to meet and exceed those expectation yet I was still turned down for this latest promotion. Is there anything else that I can do that might help?
