how can you new game harry potter spells on the iPhone/Touch?

i downloaded it last night (I BEAT THE WHOLE GAME) and my dad played it this morning when he came upstairs and i was still in bed, and i started to hear the wizard music playing and when i got up it turns out it was all new gamed and i had to do it so many times to get the wand i wanted, and i had a stupid different patronus, I HAD A STAG, A STAG what a faggot patronus! I had an otter, now that's pretty BA
