how can you make your name move and flash colors in call of duty world at war?

easy. you have to have a second controller. log into your profile normally. pick up the second controller, create a new account useing the name JD 2020. no need to do the avatar thing or xbox gold. stay signed in with the new account, log off then back in with your old one. In the clan tag area type in rain to get the rainbow effect, move to get the bouncy name, type in four periods for a moving circle, cyle fore a moving red bar. there a few more but you will have to ask around
 
And before you say you can't, or its just for ps3 I just played a game 5 min ago with a clan who had this, and no its by putting rain or move in your clan tag
Oh yea I have the xbox 360
