My cat came home with a wound gash above his right eye (like a bite or claw wound). It has white pus in it and is oozing very badly, not to mention there is a bad smell around it. I have been treating it with bactroban, and I was wondering if using ointments like neosporin or peroxide would help it? And if you have any suggestions, that would be very helpful...
