How can you have someone put in jail for selling drugs?

I have the worst neighbors ever! They are ruining our neighborhood. My neighbors are selling drugs, i know this because i know some of the people they sell to. The male neighbor is always trying to fight my fiancee and his girlfriend is an instigator. My fiancee wont fight him cause the cops will get called and he has a warrant on him and he don't want to go to jail. So what can we legally do to get rid of them? We've tried calling the cops one night telling them about our neighbors selling drugs but they wouldn't do anything. Any ideas?

You can call crime stoppers and tell them about the drugs, but there's a pretty good chance they will take that tip and go after the higher level supplier and not your neighbor. You could get a petition started with your neighbors --- this will not have any legal bearing, but it will force the police to take it more seriously. You need to make the situation "hot" for the dealer and getting your neighbors to side with you could start this.
