how can you have an oxygen tube in a wedding with fish as a centerpiece?

i was thinking fish as a centerpiece (I DON'T CARE IF ITS MEAN) anyways i want them to live is there any oxygen tubes that don't make noise while the reception im going to put flowers in it like this

i don't agree with candles they might get in the water and hurt the fish
im only 17 i just love fish as a centerpiece this is for the future i got this idea from my cousins wedding
 
it's not that mean provided that
1)the water is clean and declorinated
2) the fish are not in there for days/weeks
3)the fish have safe homes to go to afterwards where they will be put in heated and filtered tanks at least 2.5 gallons
4)the fish are bettas and have access to the waters surface

they don't need an oxygenator
