How can you get your photography out there for honest critiques?

What sites (free) can you get real constructive criticism on your photography? I have a deviantart but i don't get much bc i have the free account.. I also have a flickr but find that I don't use it that much. So anyone know any good sites?

Join your local camera club. They have competitions and the critiques of the judges will help you improve rapidly.

I use deviantart also, but my best critiques come from my teachers and fellow students of photography. Take a photography class, or try to set up a meeting with a working, professional photographer and ask their opinions, and you would be surprised how helpful feedback you can get.
