How can you get smoking smell out of a car?

Who in Knoxville.Tennessee can do this? I have tried everything and the smell is still there. We get hit with the smell when we first get in then it tends to dissipate in a few seconds and the smell is OK, but I'm about ready to trade the 6 month old car.
