How can you get reported for "chatting"?

that seems so lame.
I mean come...on!
It's not like I asked a question saying. "what'chall ate for dinner tonight and who in the bathroom"
now that's chatting.
but the rest of my questions are pure QUESTION
so the QUESTION (i made sure i put that there because the report monkeys go break they neck trying to report me if i didnt put that there) is what is the yahoo definition of "chatting"

You can read the guidelines. One definition of "chatting" is carrying on a conversation. This site is for asking questions and getting answers. Not for arguing, commenting on the answers, and acting like you're in a chat room.

It means you write messages to other users when you are supposed to be answering the questioners answers.
