How can you get a rant removed from YA?

Some people are not posting questions, they are simply posting rants to the elections board tonight and apparently there aren't any people monitoring the board because I've selected the report abuse button but the rants are not being removed. Here's an example but there are several that are using abusive language:

I'm also unable to post questions.
There are very racist questions being posted to the elections forum and I am unable to post the question here as to how to get things taken down such as that. Can someone remove this:

Yahoo doesnt remove them right away, they look at them first and if they find them against the rules then they will remove them.

They get alot of questions and answers sent to them so just give them some time
