Me again. I'm going to try to eat 1200 calories a day and ride for 2 hours a day. I did that yesterday too. Bike for 2 hours I mean. ABout how much weight will I lose? I need to lose at least 10-15 pounds. (In maybe 2 weeks) I know it's not healthy but, I need too. I'm already the tall one at school, I don't need to be the big one too. (No sympathy (if you have any) please.) Plus I sometimes do DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) at home when I'm alone. Does that help? I need help! HELP!
